The operator behind the room

Dean Mor has spent a decade quietly building the businesses others try to reverse-engineer.

He isn't a coach who left the arena. He's still in it — running paid acquisition, launching brands, deploying AI inside real P&Ls. What he teaches on stage is the same operating system he uses in his own companies on Monday morning.

"Dean is the rare kind of operator who has actually built the businesses everyone else on stage only theorizes about. If you can only attend one workshop this year, make it this one."

From people who sat in the room

Operators. Not attendees.

A few notes from the last three cohorts — sent unprompted, weeks after the workshop.

Three months after the workshop we rebuilt our checkout using Dean's conversion checklist. Sitewide conversion is up 47%. It paid for a year of my salary before summer ended.

I'd been "about to launch" for two years. I signed up expecting another lecture. I left with a P&L on the back of a napkin that actually worked. Store went live 41 days later. We're now doing ₪180K/month and I quit my job in March.

Dean spent the first hour dismantling every assumption I'd walked in with — kindly, but completely. The framework isn't complicated. Applying it honestly is the hard part. Worth the evening five times over.

What you'll walk away with

A framework, not a fantasy.

This isn't a highlight reel of someone else's success. It's the exact mental model Dean uses to evaluate every new opportunity — condensed into one evening.

01

How to spot a real opportunity

The three demand signals that separate a business from a hobby. Stop guessing which product will sell.

02

The margin math nobody teaches

Price your product so unit economics work at scale — not just on the first sale.

03

AI as your unfair advantage

The exact AI stack modern operators use to compress six months of work into six weekends.

04

Brand from day one

Why the "brand vs. performance" debate is dead — and what to build instead.

05

Store architecture that converts

The layout, copy and trust elements that quietly double conversion rates.

06

Paid traffic that pays back

How to buy attention on Meta and Google without burning your first $10K learning the platform.

07

The compound-retention engine

Why the second sale is where the business actually lives — and how to engineer it.

08

The five beginner traps

The specific mistakes that end 90% of new stores before month three. And how to sidestep every one.

Is this evening for you?

Built for operators. Not for tourists.

Not for This is not for you if

  • You're looking for a get-rich-quick tactic.
  • You want a passive business that runs itself in week one.
  • You're unwilling to invest 5–10 focused hours per week.
  • You believe hard skills can be replaced with hype.

For This is for you if

  • You want a second income stream that doesn't depend on your employer.
  • You've been "about to start" a business for the last two years.
  • You're an employee who's ready to trade certainty for optionality.
  • You're a student who wants to graduate with a business, not a resume.
  • You're a marketer who wants to see the P&L behind the ads.
  • You already run a store and know you're leaving money on the table.
  • You're curious how AI actually changes ecommerce — beyond the LinkedIn hype.
  • You want practical skills. Not another motivational lecture.
The workshop, hour by hour

Three and a half hours. Zero filler.

A tight, deliberately-paced evening. You arrive curious. You leave with a plan.

18:30 · Arrival

Doors, coffee, first conversations.

Meet up to 200 people who took the same evening seriously. First relationships often outlast the first business.

19:00 · Framing

Why the old ecommerce playbook is quietly dying.

A short, honest look at what has changed — the death of easy arbitrage, the rise of AI-native operators, and where the new margin actually lives.

19:30 · The Framework

The Six Profit Pillars, unpacked live.

The operating model Dean uses to evaluate every new brand. You'll map your own idea against it in real time.

20:30 · Live Teardown

One real business, dissected on stage.

A recent brand — landing page, ads, funnel, P&L. What worked, what almost broke it, what we changed.

21:15 · Q&A

Open floor. Real questions, real answers.

Bring your idea, your objection, your fear. Anything is on the table for the last 30 minutes on stage.

21:45 · Next Steps

For those who want to keep going.

A short window at the end for anyone who wants to explore the full implementation program. Attend the workshop first. Decide after.

One evening. One decision.

The next room fills in days, not weeks.

You've read this far. Take the seat before the room closes.

Why this evening is not another course

What most 'ecommerce courses' quietly avoid — and what this workshop insists on.

Traditional courses
This workshop
Theory recorded three years ago
vs.
A real, currently-running P&L on the screen
Passive lectures at 1.5x speed
vs.
Live exercises with your idea in the room
Generic "success principles"
vs.
A concrete framework for the next 90 days
Pre-AI methods dressed up as new
vs.
AI-first workflows built for 2026
A polished stranger reading a script
vs.
An operator still in the arena, off-script
A community you never speak in
vs.
200 serious operators in one physical room
The Six Profit Pillars

Six numbers. One multiplication.

Every profitable ecommerce business — from a hobby brand to a category leader — is the product of the same six variables. Double each one and profit doesn't double. It goes up 64×.

The profit equation
PROFIT=TRAFFIC×CTR×CONV×AOV×RETENTION×MARGIN
+100% each → 64× more profitable business
01
Pillar 01 · The top of the funnel

Traffic

How many humans see your offer, and where they come from. The cheapest levers are almost never paid — until they are.

02
Pillar 02 · Creative & hook

Click-Through Rate

Of the humans who see it, how many actually stop. A single hook rewrite can outperform six months of media planning.

03
Pillar 03 · Landing & trust

Conversion Rate

Of the humans who click, how many finish. The most under-invested variable in almost every business we look at.

04
Pillar 04 · Basket architecture

Average Order Value

What each buyer is worth on the day. Bundles, upsells and thoughtful defaults quietly move this by 30–60%.

05
Pillar 05 · The second sale

Retention

How often they come back. This is where the real business lives — most operators don't discover it until year two.

06
Pillar 06 · The math beneath

Margin

Of every shekel that comes in, how much stays. Cost of goods, ops, and — the silent killer — refunds and returns.

After the workshop

For the few who don't want to walk out of the room.

Attendees who feel the framework clicked — and want to actually implement it — may apply for the full program at the end of the evening. We'll walk you through it briefly on stage. No pressure. No decision required until you've sat through the workshop.

Note. The program is invitation-based and capped. Applications open only to workshop attendees, and only after the evening ends. Pricing is discussed one-to-one.

Direct mentorship

Weekly office hours with Dean and senior operators, not junior coaches.

Hands-on implementation

Build a real store with real inventory, not a hypothetical case study.

An operator community

80 committed members. Vetted. In-person meetups in Tel Aviv.

Accountability

Weekly targets, reviewed. The most under-rated multiplier in the program.

AI operating stack

The exact toolset — with prompts and workflows — we deploy inside our own brands.

Deal flow & support

Supplier introductions, agency reviews, contract templates. The plumbing nobody sells.

Honest answers

The questions we get before every workshop.

Do I need previous business experience?
No. About half the room each evening has never sold anything online. The framework is designed to be understood on day one and useful on day one hundred.
Do I need money to start?
You don't need money to attend — the workshop is free. To eventually launch a real store, you'll want a modest working budget for inventory and initial ads. We'll be transparent about numbers on stage.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Modern tools (Shopify, AI copy, no-code creative) have made the technical barrier lower than it has ever been. If you can use a laptop, you can build the stack we teach.
Isn't AI going to replace ecommerce operators?
AI replaces the operators who don't use AI. The ones who learn to orchestrate it are compounding faster than any generation before them. That gap is what this workshop is really about.
Can I actually ask questions?
Yes. We built a full 30-minute open Q&A into the schedule for exactly this reason. Bring your idea, your doubts, your objections. Nothing is off the table.
How long is the workshop?
Three and a half hours, including one short break. Deliberately compact so it respects your evening — and dense enough that you leave with something usable.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
It's genuinely free. The workshop pays for itself because a small percentage of attendees choose to apply for our full implementation program at the end. If you don't — you leave with the framework, no questions asked. That's the whole deal.
What happens with my phone number and email?
We use them for exactly two things: the confirmation email, and a single WhatsApp reminder the day before. No newsletter drip, no partner list, no resale. Unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of any email.
Can I bring a friend or colleague?
Yes — as long as they register with their own name so we can print their workbook and prepare their seat. Some of the best conversations after the workshop are between two people who arrived together.
What if something comes up and I can't make it?
Let us know at least 24 hours before, and we'll release your seat to the next person on the waitlist and roll you into the next workshop automatically. No penalty. Just don't ghost — someone else wanted that chair.
