TLVBA ECOMMERCE BUILD · 10 BUILDERS · 4 OPERATORS

Build your ecommerce business. Not just the plan.

You can arrive without a product, a name or a store. We help you decide what to sell, pressure-test the economics, shape the offer and brand, build the sales foundation and leave with a first-customer acquisition system you can execute.

Why BUILD is different

Not a course. A working build room.

At ₪4,990, the value cannot be eight hours of information. The room is intentionally tiny so the operators can work on each business while it is being created.

01

You do not need the idea.

The first decisions are part of the product. We use your skills, capital, interests and market constraints to choose an ecommerce direction worth building.

02

We start before Build Day.

The Briefing gives us your inputs. Then the operator team researches promising directions, competitors, price points, economics and open questions before you return.

03

You build while experts circulate.

Short guidance blocks are followed by long implementation blocks: product, offer, economics, brand, store, acquisition. Your laptop stays open.

04

You leave with work, not notes.

Every participant owns a BUILD File containing the decisions, assets, assumptions and next 30 days of execution.

Built for action

The room stays small on purpose.

TLVBA's launch event attracted 358 registrations and ~110 people in the room. BUILD is the opposite format: only 10 builders, because individual operator time is the product.

The architecture

One BUILD. Five deliberate stages.

We protect Build Day from becoming a lecture by moving context and preparation earlier — and accountability later.

01 · PROFILE

Tell us who we're building with.

Skills, available capital, time, interests, strengths, constraints and any ideas you already have.

02 · BRIEFING

Learn only what you need.

A mandatory evening session to understand opportunity selection, ecommerce economics, customer logic and the BUILD operating system.

03 · TEAM PREP

We prepare before you return.

Operators review your profile and the most promising product/market directions so Build Day begins with informed options rather than a blank page.

04 · BUILD DAY

Make it tangible.

One intensive working day to choose, pressure-test and build the commercial foundation of your ecommerce business.

05 · BUILD 90

Come back with evidence.

At the next quarterly review, share what launched, what changed and what you need next — then get another operator review.

BUILD DAY · Oct 14 · 09:30–18:30

When do you actually build?

Almost all day. Each block uses a short operator framework, followed immediately by hands-on implementation and live review.

DECIDE

Product + market selection

Review the strongest directions from team prep. Compare demand, competition, founder fit, sourcing complexity and speed to market. Lock the direction.

~60 min building
DEFINE

Customer + angle

Who buys, what they care about, what they use today, why they switch and the one angle the first offer will own.

~45 min building
MODEL

Sourcing path + unit economics

Target landed cost, price, gross margin, fulfillment, returns, CAC assumptions, break-even math and sourcing criteria. Weak economics get fixed now.

~50 min building
RESET

Lunch

A real break. Operators can use the time for short catch-up reviews where needed.

45 min
CREATE

Offer + positioning + brand

Name/domain direction, positioning, product promise, pricing architecture, bundles, risk reversal and a practical visual starter built to sell.

~60 min building
SHIP

Store + product page foundation

Build the sales asset: Shopify/store skeleton, hero, product story, proof plan, offer stack, FAQs and checkout path. The exact depth depends on the business.

~65 min building
ACQUIRE

First-customer engine

Choose the first acquisition channel, define audiences, angles, first campaign architecture and build the first hooks / ad concepts / outreach assets.

~45 min building
REVIEW

Four-operator pressure test

Business, economics, brand/product and growth perspectives challenge the plan. Red flags get corrected while the team is still in the room.

Your ecommerce BUILD File.

The promise is not that every supplier, shipment or ad account can magically be completed in one day. The promise is that the commercial decisions and launch foundation are built with you.

02

Customer + angle

Buyer, pain/desire, alternatives, reason to act and primary acquisition angle.

03

Sourcing + economics

Supplier criteria/path, target costs, pricing, margin, fulfillment and CAC assumptions.

04

Offer architecture

Core product, bundles, price anchors, promise, risk reversal and conversion logic.

05

Brand starter

Name/domain direction, positioning, messaging, palette/type direction and sales-facing identity.

06

BUILD LEAD

Dean Mor

Founder, TLV Business Academy. Dean leads the operating system and business/growth decisions while specialist operators circulate through the room.

Four perspectives

One business. Multiple pressure tests.

01

Business + strategy

Opportunity, customer, offer and decision quality.

02

Ecommerce economics + sourcing

Margin, operations, supplier path and feasibility.

03

Brand + conversion

Positioning, product page, offer and sales-facing identity.

04

Growth + acquisition

Channel, campaign structure, audiences, hooks and first-customer plan.

Final specialist names are announced as the intake is finalized. We do not publish an expert until participation is confirmed.

Included after BUILD

90 days later: come back with evidence.

Every BUILD seat includes an invitation to the next quarterly BUILD 90 Review. Multiple BUILD cohorts return to one room to show what happened after the excitement wore off.

REPORT

Show the progress.

What launched, customers acquired, revenue/profit metrics you're comfortable sharing, what failed and the biggest lesson.

REVIEW

Get another operator clinic.

Bring the real bottleneck that emerged after execution and get fresh feedback from the TLVBA operator team.

ASK / GIVE

Use the room.

Ask the cohort for one introduction, skill or resource you need — and state one thing you can help somebody else with.

RECOGNIZE

Reward execution.

Selected execution awards and BUILD recognition focus on shipped work, learning and progress — not presentation theatre.

Strategically, this is not a second course and there is no recurring subscription. It is a low-overhead accountability and alumni event designed to create better outcomes, stronger relationships and real case studies.

Fit

For builders ready to make decisions.

No product idea is required. The willingness and resources to execute after BUILD are.

01
You want to launch or materially reshape an ecommerce / DTC business.

Idea-stage, pre-launch and very early-stage founders fit best.

02
You are willing to choose quickly.

BUILD is not a six-month exploration process. We compare options, make trade-offs and keep moving.

03
You can fund the business you choose.

Inventory, samples, software, advertising, domains and external professional services are not included in the ticket.

04
Your concept can reasonably fit a BUILD format.

Straightforward ecommerce and DTC businesses fit especially well. Deep R&D or highly regulated concepts can require a longer path.

Upcoming BUILD editions

One format. English + Hebrew cohorts.

BUILD runs approximately monthly on Wednesdays, with the delivery language alternating between English and Hebrew. The same ecommerce operating system is used in every cohort.

Common questions

Before you BUILD.

Do I need a product or business idea already?
No. Choosing the direction is deliberately part of BUILD. Your profile and Briefing give us enough context to prepare options and research so we can make the decision together rather than requiring you to arrive with a business plan.
Is this really one day?
The centerpiece is Build Day. It is preceded by a mandatory three-hour evening Briefing and private operator preparation. That structure is intentional: the Briefing carries context; Build Day carries implementation.
Will my store be live by the end?
Some businesses may be able to go live. Others will still need samples, suppliers, inventory, photography, payment verification or other dependencies. We build the commercial foundation and the sales/acquisition assets that can honestly be completed; we do not fake completion where outside work remains.
What language is BUILD in?
The October 14 intake is in English. Future editions alternate English and Hebrew; the selected edition's language is shown clearly before checkout.
What is included in ₪4,990?
Your BUILD Profile, mandatory Briefing, private operator preparation, full Build Day, working BUILD File/templates, hands-on operator review and an invitation to the next quarterly BUILD 90 Review. External business expenses are not included.
What is BUILD 90?
A quarterly alumni review held roughly 90 days after BUILD. Multiple cohorts return to share progress, metrics they are comfortable sharing, lessons, current needs and offers of help, then receive additional operator feedback. It is included; it is not a subscription.
