Free events
Free events are free — no payment, no refund needed. If you can't make it, please release your seat via the link in your confirmation so someone else can attend.
Paid workshops
Full refund up to 7 days before the event. 50% refund between 7 and 48 hours before the event. No refund within 48 hours (the seat cost is committed to the venue by then). We may exceed this policy at our discretion for medical or family emergencies.
Event changes, postponements and rescheduling
Event dates, times, venues, speakers and programme details may change. If an event is postponed or moved to a new date rather than cancelled, tickets will ordinarily remain valid for the rescheduled event. A change of date or time alone does not create an automatic contractual right to a cash refund, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law. At our discretion, we may also offer transfer to another attendee, credit toward another TLV Business Academy event, or another reasonable accommodation. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Refund terms are set out in the program contract. Cooling-off periods and pro-rated terms are covered case-by-case in that document.
