Free events
Free events are free — no payment, no refund needed. If you can't make it, please release your seat via the link in your confirmation so someone else can attend.
Paid workshops
Full refund up to 7 days before the event. 50% refund between 7 and 48 hours before the event. No refund within 48 hours (the seat cost is committed to the venue by then). We may exceed this policy at our discretion for medical or family emergencies.
Programs (BUILD)
Refund terms are set out in the program contract. Cooling-off periods and pro-rated terms are covered case-by-case in that document.
GROW engagements
Governed by the individual engagement contract.
